Repeated work
A team handles the same type of enquiry, document, decision or handover often enough for an improvement to matter.
AI consulting for small business · strategy through implementation
Find the workflow worth changing, implement it inside the systems your team already uses, and measure the business result.
Binarify works with small and midsize companies that have moved beyond experimenting with prompts and need an operational problem solved. We provide the diagnosis, technical implementation, employee adoption and before-and-after measurement as one engagement.
Often 10–200 employees · diagnostic from $2,500 USD
Who this is for
A ten-person business can have a valuable, high-volume process. A two-hundred-person company can still be unready. These signals matter more than headcount alone.
01
A team handles the same type of enquiry, document, decision or handover often enough for an improvement to matter.
02
Slow response, manual review, backlog, rework or missing information is limiting capacity, margin or customer experience.
03
Someone owns the workflow, can provide examples and has the authority to change how the team performs it.
04
The necessary information exists in a CRM, ERP, helpdesk, inbox, documents or another accessible source.
05
The likely annual value comfortably exceeds the cost of discovery, implementation, software, review and support.
06
The company can agree how the process performs today and measure the same thing after the change.
When companies call us
You do not need to know which model, agent framework or automation platform to choose. A useful starting point sounds more like this:
“We cannot respond quickly enough.” Enquiries, quotes, tickets or applications wait because information has to be found and assembled manually.
“Our experienced people repeat the same review.” Skilled employees read similar documents, check the same criteria or prepare the same summaries every day.
“The information exists, but nobody can find it.” Policies, pricing, customer history and operational knowledge are spread across systems and documents.
“Growth creates more administration than revenue.” Onboarding, handovers, reporting and follow-up expand with volume and limit the team’s capacity.
“We bought AI tools, but the work did not change.” Employees experiment individually while the actual process, permissions and measures remain the same.
What the engagement includes
Strategy is useful when it changes a decision. We keep it connected to implementation, adoption and measurement.
01 · Diagnose
Observe the workflow, check volume and exceptions, inspect systems and data, record the baseline and calculate whether the opportunity is large enough.
02 · Decide
Compare configuration, available products, integration and custom development. Define human review, access, failure handling and ownership.
03 · Implement
Use your accounts, approved providers and existing systems. Evaluate representative cases before the workflow handles live work.
04 · Adopt
Train the people doing the work, document review and escalation, monitor usage and use their corrections to improve the process.
05 · Measure
Measure cycle time, corrections, backlog, cost or conversion using the method agreed before the build. Include review and running costs.
06 · Handover
Provide the architecture, integration inventory, evaluation cases, prompts, runbook, access list and measurement method.
A contained first commitment
The AI Impact Diagnostic is a one-to-two-week engagement. It produces a workflow map, baseline, system and data findings, initial economics and a recommended first scope.
The recommendation can be to configure an existing feature, buy a suitable product, connect systems, commission custom work or wait until a prerequisite is fixed. You receive the diagnostic even if you do not proceed with Binarify.

These libraries explain specific workflows, review points and measures. They are implementation options to evaluate, not promises of automatic results.
Practical questions
An AI consultant should connect business problems to practical changes. We map workflows, check existing software and data, estimate the economics, recommend whether to configure, buy, connect or build, and implement an agreed project. We also define human review, train the team and measure the result.
We primarily work with growing companies and operational teams, often with roughly 10 to 200 employees. Employee count is only a guide. Workflow volume, business value, available data, ownership and readiness to implement are more important.
Tool selection can be part of the work, but we do not begin with a shopping list. We first identify the workflow and requirements. If an existing product solves the problem adequately, we will recommend configuration or purchase rather than unnecessary custom development.
You do not need an AI department. You do need a business owner for the workflow, access to the systems involved and someone who can approve operational decisions. Where an internal or external IT provider manages those systems, we work with them on access, security and handover.
The AI Impact Diagnostic starts at $2,500 USD and normally takes one to two weeks. Implementation sprints start at $15,000 USD. The diagnostic is credited against the sprint if you proceed. We agree scope, milestones, fixed price and likely running costs before implementation.
A contained implementation normally takes six to twelve weeks after discovery. Timing depends on integrations, access, data condition, review requirements and team availability. We do not promise a financial result before the workflow and baseline have been examined.
Yes. Adoption is part of implementation. Training uses the actual workflow, explains what the system can and cannot do, shows how to review or escalate an output and records where the process needs improvement. Usage and exception data are included in the final measurement.
Yes. We deliver remotely for suitable businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, South Africa, Australia, the UAE and Singapore. Working hours, data handling and country-specific requirements are agreed during discovery.
Tell us what happens today, how often it happens and why it matters. We will use the first call to decide whether the problem deserves a closer look.
No confidential data or prepared AI strategy is needed. Meet Perumal, who leads each engagement.
