We publish every result — including the ones that don’t work.

Binarify launched in 2026, so there are no case studies to show you yet — and we would rather say that than pad this page with stock logos. What you will find here instead is what a result looks like when it lands, and how you can check it.

Founding clients

Reduced fixed pricing, in exchange for the numbers.

Our first engagements run as founding-client work: reduced fixed pricing in exchange for permission to publish the before-and-after numbers. Anonymised if you prefer — “a 40-person logistics firm” rather than your name.

Good or bad, the delta gets published as measured. That is the deal, and it is the reason we insist on recording the baseline first.

Places are limited by delivery capacity, not by a countdown clock.

How a result gets checked

A number you can verify, not a testimonial you have to trust.

1

Baseline, signed and dated

One workflow, one metric, measured the way it actually runs — and signed by both of us before anything is built.

2

Same metric, same method

On day 90 we measure again exactly the way we measured at the start. Not a different number that happens to look better.

3

Published as measured

The delta is handed over in writing and published here, anonymised if you prefer. Flattering or not.

That baseline document is what makes a result checkable rather than a matter of opinion. It is the one thing every engagement produces before a line of anything is built.

Where the numbers on the homepage come from

Third-party research. Not Binarify results.

95%

of enterprise GenAI pilots produced no measurable P&L return. MIT Project NANDA, 2025

42%

of companies abandoned most of their AI initiatives in 2025, up from 17% the year before. S&P Global

14%

of small businesses that use AI have it fully embedded — 76% use it. Goldman Sachs, 2026

These are the studies the homepage quotes. They describe the industry, not us — our own numbers appear on this page only once a founding client’s readout is published.

One workflow. One number. 90 days.

Thirty minutes, no deck. We look at the workflows you already run and tell you which one is worth measuring first.
