What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Binarify provides AI implementation services to companies of 10 to 200 people. We decide how and why your data is handled on this site, which makes us the data controller for it. You can reach us at contact@binarify.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

When you fill in a form

The booking form asks for three things — your name, your work email and your company — and then, if you choose to add it, what you have already tried with AI. It saves as you go: once you have entered your name and email, that enquiry is stored even if you close the page before the last step, so a half-finished form is not lost on our side. If you started one and would rather we did not keep it, email contact@binarify.com and we will delete it.

Alongside that we store the time you submitted, the page you submitted from, your browser's timezone and language, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. The IP address and user-agent are kept to detect and block automated spam. We also look up the country and city the IP address belongs to, once, at the moment you submit, so we know which part of the day to reply in — and that is the only thing the location is used for.

When you just read the site

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, the page requested, the referring page, the time, and the user-agent — for 14 days, then deletes them. These exist to keep the site running and to spot abuse.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages help people decide. Nothing is stored on your device unless you accept. Consent starts denied, so no analytics cookie is placed until you press Accept on the banner. If you decline, we also delete any analytics cookies an earlier visit left behind.

To be precise about what happens before you choose: Google still receives an anonymous, cookieless note that a page was viewed. It carries no identifier, so it cannot be tied to you or joined up with your other visits. Only after you accept does Google set a cookie and count you as a returning visitor.

Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage under binarify.consent. Clearing your browser data for this site makes us ask again.

If you use the chat window

The "Talk to us" button offers a live chat. The chat platform itself runs on our own server at chat.binarify.com rather than a third-party chat service, and the chat software is only downloaded if you actually open it — so if you never click, nothing is loaded and nothing is stored.

An AI assistant answers first, not a person. It says so when you open the chat. To write its replies, the messages in that conversation are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI model. Anthropic processes them to generate a reply and, under its commercial terms, does not use them to train its models. A person reads every conversation afterwards and takes over when it matters — and you can ask for a person at any point, which ends the AI's involvement in that thread. If you would rather no AI saw your message at all, use the form or email us instead; both reach us directly.

If you do open it, we keep the conversation so we can pick it up where it left off, along with a cookie in your browser that lets us recognise the same conversation on your next visit. We see what you type and, if you give them, your name and email. Clearing this site\'s cookies ends that thread and starts a fresh one.

If you choose WhatsApp

Most pages carry a "Talk to us" button offering WhatsApp or the form. The WhatsApp option is an ordinary link — nothing is loaded from Meta unless you click it, so simply having the button on the page sends them nothing about you.

If you do choose it, WhatsApp opens with a message ready to send and the conversation happens on WhatsApp, where Meta is the provider and its own terms and privacy policy apply alongside this page. We see your WhatsApp number and whatever you write. If you would rather we never had your number, use the form instead — it reaches us just the same.

Booking a call

The booking page embeds a Google Calendar appointment scheduler. That embed is served by Google, and it loads only when you scroll down to it. If you book a slot, the details you enter go to Google Calendar and are handled under Google's own privacy policy as well as this one. If you would rather not use it, the form on the same page reaches us directly.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for their own purposes.
• We do not run advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form. If you enquire, you get a reply — not a sequence.
• Fonts and page code are served from our own server. Reading the site contacts nobody except Google Analytics if you accepted it, and the calendar embed on the booking page — the WhatsApp button is a link, not a tracker.

How long we keep it

• Form submissions: 24 months from the day you send them, then deleted automatically. If we end up working together, the project records that follow are governed by our contract, not this page.
• Chat conversations: kept while they are useful for the enquiry, and deleted on request. Ask and we will remove a thread.
• Server access logs: 14 days.
• Analytics: per the retention setting on our Google Analytics property.

Where your data goes

Our server is in Chennai, India, so anything you send us is stored there. Email reaches us through Google Workspace, and the analytics and calendar embed involve Google, which may process data outside your country. If you use the live chat, those messages are also sent to Anthropic in the United States to generate the assistant's replies.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, this means your data leaves that area. India is not covered by a UK or EU adequacy decision, so we rely on your explicit choice to contact us and on the safeguards Google and Anthropic apply to their own services. If that matters to you, email us before sending anything through the form and we will tell you what we can do.

Who else touches it

• Akamai (Linode) — hosts the server the site and its database run on.
• Google — Workspace for our email, Analytics if you accept it, and Calendar if you book a call.
• Meta — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Anthropic — only if you open the live chat. It provides the AI model that writes the assistant's replies, and receives the messages in that conversation in order to do so.

The chat platform itself is deliberately not a fourth name on that list: it runs on our own server, so the conversation is stored by us and not by a chat vendor.

That is the entire list. Nobody else receives your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back. Ask by emailing contact@binarify.com; we will reply within 30 days, and we do not charge for it.

If you are in the UK or EEA and think we have handled something badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; if you need one, ask.
