Where the gap is, and whether it’s an integration problem, an adoption problem or a data problem. You get that whether or not you hire us.

Usually a fixed-price diagnostic. Sometimes “fix your data first, call us in three months.” Never a proposal you have to chase.

When we’re not the right call
Under 10 staff, or under a $2,500 budget. The diagnostic is the smallest thing we sell. Below that you’re better off with off-the-shelf tools and a weekend.
You want a proof-of-concept to show a board. We only build things intended to run.
Nobody senior wants the change. Without a sponsor, adoption fails and everyone wastes a quarter.
You need someone on-site. Delivery is remote, with committed overlap hours agreed up front.
