Pricing
Start at $2,500. Scale when it’s earned.
Three engagements, each with a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts, paid in milestones tied to delivered work. One workflow, one number, measured the same way twice.

Four hard guarantees
Every price comes with the same four promises.
01 · Price
Fixed, in writing
The full fixed price is agreed before any work starts. No change orders appearing halfway through.
02 · Payment
Milestones, never upfront in full
You pay against delivered work, so you are never far ahead of what you have received.
03 · Ownership
Your accounts, full handover
Everything is built in your own accounts, with documentation. No lock-in, nothing to unwind. How we build →
04 · People
Senior practitioners
The founder on every engagement, backed by a pool of more than ten senior developers and architects. No juniors learning on your budget.

Before you ask
How the exact figure is set.
Every price above is a “from”. The exact figure depends on how many workflows are in scope, and it is fixed in writing before the work starts — no hourly billing, no scope creep, no invoice you did not expect.
“How do we know it’ll pay for itself?”
You don’t, before the diagnostic — which is exactly why it costs $2,500 rather than $15,000. It converts the question into arithmetic: current cost per task, hours per week, and the size of the change needed to break even. If the arithmetic doesn’t work, we say so and stop. If you go ahead with the sprint, the $2,500 comes off its price in full.
“What happens if you disappear?”
Everything runs in your accounts, on your subscriptions, documented well enough for someone else to pick it up. Nothing routes through us, and there is no proprietary layer to keep paying for.
“You’re not in our country.”
We work with companies across the US, UK, Europe, Canada, South Africa and Australia. Delivery is remote with fixed overlap hours agreed up front, and milestones are written so progress is visible without anyone in the room.
